Where: Kansas City MO When: May 13th through 16th. You will want to arrive on the 12th because we start early on the 13th.
You will get the hotel link when you sign up in the PL store. Sign-ups will be open to coordinators only on Saturday. Oct 4th and then volunteers on Oct 6th at 8 am CST. You will go to www.projectlinus.org and click on store. Remember, you will need to be signed in to the store on the 4th to get signed up. The cost is $175, and you are responsible for your hotel room cost. The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a hotel shuttle. We will provide some of your meals, but you will be responsible for your dinner every day except Saturday. Every room has a kitchen.
As in years past, this is a non-refundable fee. If you can't attend, we will maintain a waiting list, and you will be responsible for securing the funds from the person on the list who will take your place and then notify us. We will help you with this process. We have three speakers planned, as well as Lyn from battingsupersale.com, Alex Balagna will be performing for us one evening, and a bus trip to the Missouri Star Quilt Company. You don't want to miss out on all this fun so mark your calendars.
