Project Linus: A Season of Giving Event!
On Dec 24, 2025, Project Linus will celebrate 30 years of providing comfort and security to over 10 million children. Please help us to continue for 30 more years!
As the holidays approach, we’re reminded that thousands of children are facing illness, trauma, or crisis and need comfort. Project Linus delivers handmade blankets to children who are sick, traumatized, or experiencing hardship. With so many families struggling, your support helps us bring warmth and hope to the children who need it most. We’re reaching out because we can’t do this without you. The loss of Joann Fabric, a major contributor to our supplies, has increased our costs at a time when our community’s needs are steadily rising. Your support helps us continue the work we all care about.
We invite you to go to www.projectlinus.org and make a “Season of Giving” donation! You can designate our local chapter - Salt Lake County Utah - to receive your funds.
$20 makes a single layer fleece blanket.
$25 purchases 2 packages of baby blanket batting.
$40 purchases yarn for an Afghan.
$50 purchases fabric for a quilt top.
$65 sends a box of blankets to children affected by natural disasters.
$75 pays for a complete quilt.
$100 provides up to 5 children with a blanket.
$150 purchases a large roll of batting (the middle of quilts).
Thanks to our volunteers who work so hard to make these blankets! Without our volunteers there would be no Project Linus.
