 2026 May/June News

Here it is, May already!  It feels like the year just got started and somehow we are nearly halfway through.  Time really does fly when you are surrounded by fabric, yarn, and generous hearts.

We have been as busy as ever providing blankets to children in need.  Warmer weather may be on the way, but the need for blanket hugs never takes a season off.  So far this year, we have donated over 800 blankets, all to local children in need.  Thank you to our regular blanketeers and to those who quietly make donations throughout the year.  Your support keeps the blankets coming and the hugs going.  We truly could not do this without you!

In this latest edition of our news, you will find a little bit of everything.  Look for crocheted edging tips; a fun follow up to Worldwide Quilt Day from March; and some heartfelt thank you notes we have received.  Plenty of good reading, no scissors, hooks or measuring tape required!
